For full participants, the registration fees include the social event, the welcome reception, the cocktail of the poster session, and lunch (except Wednesday).

Abstract submission
You are kindly invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations on the 21st ICMCF session topics. Contributions are encouraged to all topics which are listed here.
Submissions from both industry and academia are encouraged.
The deadline for submitting an abstract is before March 15, 2026.
Authors are requested to download and use the Abstract Template in the Abstract Submission Form (click here).
We strongly recommend that you carefully follow the instructions given in the Abstract Template before submitting your abstract.
After preparing your abstract, please submit your Abstract Submission Form at:

If you have submitted an abstract, you will NOT automatically be registered as a conference participant. All authors need to register separately. The conference registration and participation is mandatory for the presenting author. Detailed information will be given in April 2026 together with the author’s notification.
No one individual will be permitted to give more than two presentations (both oral and poster). Posters that only repeat an oral presentation will not be accepted.
Registration
Please note: In the registration process, the standard fee is being indicated. Any early-bird/student discount will be subtracted in the final step of your booking before submitting your registration. The student rate only applies if an appropriate certificate is provided to the organizers via e-mail.
Accompanying persons need to be registered together with a regular congress participation. No personal data are required in the registration process. There is a limited availability of seats and the first come–first serve principle applies. The organizers will get in touch with the participants to clarify further details.
